All forces of slam dunking are safely absorbed by the heavy steel post, not the backboard. Adaptable to all rims including 4" x 4" and 5" x 5" bolt patterns. System includes: One piece 4-1/2" O.D. galvanized schedule 40 steel gooseneck post with your choice of a 4' or 5' extension. Limited lifetime guaranteed natural or powdered coated aluminum backboard. Available with 3 different rims. Nylon net also included. 4' Extension with natual board and lifetime rim.
